Joseph specializes in telecommunications strategic planning. Joe has more than 23 years experience in information technology, with 21 years in technology consulting and project management. For the past two years, Joe has been an integral member of the rClient project team in developing the business case, technical requirements, Request for Proposals, vendor proposal evaluations, and Council recommendations for the Wireless Minneapolis initiative. Over the past several years, Joe has specialized in high volume call center and network consulting for national and regional clients and is well-versed in all aspects of telecommunications, including PBX’s, Voice over IP, voice processing systems, Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) systems, and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) approaches. He has served as national director of a 35-person telecommunications consulting practice primarily focused on the healthcare industry. He also served as Senior Project Manager for a national telecommunications and information systems consulting firm headquartered in the Midwest. In these roles, he has developed successful relationships with a host of clients in a wide range of industries and served as project manager on numerous network and systems projects for these clients.
