Lorraine Weber has over twenty years experience and a diverse background in telecommunications, project management, systems analysis and finance. As a detail-oriented project manager, she is committed to delivering high quality service to clients. Lorraine’s analytical and organizational talents have been used to coordinate long term and fast track projects involving teams of consultants, support staff, clients and third party vendors. She is often the person behind the curtain, providing valuable guidance and assistance to client management to assure projects are kept on-task, on-budget and on-schedule.
Lorraine has contributed to numerous rClient projects, providing critical project management support and direction to clients including Bremer, Farm Bureau and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School. Over the past three years, Lorraine has worked closely with the City of Minneapolis on several technology initiatives including a successful large-scale telecommunications upgrade project, the introduction of 311 services and the implementation of a networked multi-location 911 system. She has also been an integral part of the Minneapolis Wireless Initiative team; working closely with James Farstad on the creation of the RFP, wireless business case, communications strategy and project management of the implementation. Lorraine’s exceptional ability to multi-task across a wide-range of processes and technology make her a valuable member of the rClient team.
